Generally, information or data are stored in the form of paper files or reports over the years. This leads to the damage or loosing of data forever or obtain necessary data when it's really required. Genesys refers to a process wherein data, obtained from newspapers, books, paper documents, business cards, periodicals or image files, video, and audio, are converted into digital formats such as Text, HTML, XML, Access, Excel, Word, GIF, JPEG or TIFF, ASCII, RTF or delimited text files. The data can also be delivered in a media file like CDs, Tapes or Zip disks
